How long until I receive my order?

Our coffee and our merch ship seperately.

For coffee:
Each order is unique and shipping package and method is based on what is best for the package. In general:
If you order 1 (12oz) package it ships via USPS 1st class
If you order 2-8 packages it ships via USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)
If you order 9+ packages it will ship via UPS ground

The order to ship time is generally for merch or coffee is 3-5 business days.
Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days.

The result is fresh roasted coffee arriving to your door right at the peak of flavor!

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We promise our coffee is worth the wait!
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, you can change the shipping address on your order BUT within a very small window of time after it is placed. We process orders frequently to ensure that they are shipped out as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that changes to orders will be able to be made after an order is placed. If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to make the change or to stop the order from being shipped.

As our beans are roasted the moment you order, the window of time to make any changes is small. If we are unable to change and ship to the address you originally provided, we will be unable to refund you for your error. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Something is wrong with my order, what do I do?
If you receive your order and it is incorrect or you have any issues, please reach out to us ASAP and we will get it fixed.
